Text Messaging Terms

Effective November 6, 2026

DispatchHQ, from Pinpoint Integrated AI LLC, sends text messages (SMS) for trucking companies to run their day-to-day operations. We send only the types of messages listed here. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Messages we send and who gets them

  • Drivers: a text with a private link when a load is assigned, reminders and follow-ups about a load, and notices that something about a submitted load needs to be corrected. Drivers receive these because they work for the trucking company that is using DispatchHQ, and they give their mobile number to that company for this purpose.
  • Trucking company staff: optional alerts about their own loads (for example, a driver has not answered), if they turn them on.
  • The trucking company's customers: optional delivery progress updates (for example, "driver is on the way"). A customer receives these only if the trucking company has set them up for that customer, and the company is responsible for having that customer's agreement to receive them.
  • Delivery receivers: a one-time text with a link to review and electronically sign a bill of lading, sent when a driver delivers a load and enters the receiver's mobile number. It is a single message about that delivery. Nothing further is sent unless another bill of lading needs signing.

Example messages

  • "Hey John, new load LD-1234 assigned. Pickup: ABC Ranch, 100 Main St, Cedar City, UT. Time: Mon, Nov 9, 8:00 AM. Please accept or decline, and see the full details: [link]"
  • "ABC Trucking: Your driver is on the way to pick up load LD-1234 at ABC Ranch."
  • "John Smith from ABC Trucking needs your signature for the delivery of load LD-1234. Review and sign the bill of lading here: [link]"

How people agree

Every message is tied to a business relationship: drivers to their employer, customers to a trucking company they have asked for updates from, and receivers to a delivery they are taking. For delivery receivers, the text contains a link, and the electronic signing page requires the receiver to read and click that they agree to sign electronically before anything is signed. We ask trucking companies using DispatchHQ to add only the phone numbers of people who have agreed to, or reasonably expect, these messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation and then no more.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at pinpoint.integratedai@gmail.com or (385) 424-8291.

Other things to know

  • Message frequency depends on the loads a trucking company is running. It is usually a few messages per load.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
